In March 2022, Kao USA Inc., an American company based in Cincinnati which markets and produces skin care products, asked consumers to check their Jergens Ultra Healing Moisturizer 3 oz and 10 oz products to determine if they were part of a voluntary recall. Consumer Care Center to receive a free product coupon at the following number: 1.800.742.8798 or by sending an email to at the following email address: consumer@kao.com. Kao's Hours of operation are from Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM US Eastern Time. A postage paid label and plastic bag can be sent to consumers via mail to return the product upon request.Any serious or adverse events with the use of this product should be submitted in a report directly to the FDA. You can either submit a form via the FDA's MedWatch Program, or by mailing or calling directly via: 1-800-332-1088.
